Training Solutions

Advanced eClinical Training (ACT) is already a leader in providing flexible online training for people looking for their first job in healthcare. However, our service to the medical community goes far beyond that. We work with individual providers, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and other types of healthcare facilities to provide ongoing compliance training and an employee training platform.

What is Compliance Training?

Healthcare is a heavily regulated field and with good reason. With patients’ lives and well-being on the line, numerous safeguards must be in place to protect them. As the manager of a healthcare facility, it’s your responsibility to ensure that employees complete compliance training as required by the federal government and most state governments.
Ongoing compliance training instructs employees about the regulations and laws that govern their industry or specific job. With healthcare standards constantly changing, ensuring employees have access to the most up-to-date information is critical. Employers can save considerable time and money by outsourcing the training to ACT rather than trying to develop and present their own program. Here are some of the topics we cover in our compliance training sessions:

Diversity, equity, and inclusion

HIPAA

Infection control

Medical ethics

Patient privacy

Patient security and safety

OSHA

Quality assurance

Quality control

Compliance training is often mandatory, so it can be easy to overlook its many benefits. One of the most obvious benefits of establishing an employee training platform for healthcare facilities is that it reduces the risk of a lawsuit stemming from employee negligence. Increased productivity and reduced workplace injuries are two additional benefits to consider.

Hire Graduates of Our Accelerated Medical Assistant Program

Do some of your medical assistants need retraining? Do you have staff who you would love to work directly with patients, but they don’t yet have any credentials? ACT’s medical assistant certification program could be the answer you seek in either situation.

Your staff can log on to complete lessons and view lectures 24 hours a day and seven days a week. We appreciate that people are busy, especially those who already work in the medical field and have other obligations they must meet.
Within four to eight weeks, your staff will improve their clinical skills and core competencies. After completing the courses, they will take the national medical assistant certification exam online if they still need to earn this credential.

ACT’s Learning Management Platform

When you need training resources, look no further than our learning management platform. Here you will find videos, skill assessments, and interactive multimedia on various topics. Once you have identified knowledge gaps among your staff, the ability to find the resources you need to fill those gaps makes your job so much easier.
Need staff in a hurry and don’t have time to post the job and interview? Ask any of our staff members for a personalized recommendation, and we will send one of our best students to help you as soon as possible!
