Upon enrolling in our mentorship program, you will complete a detailed questionnaire, giving your mentor a clear glimpse into your experience, goals, and needs. From this, your mentor will create a customized mentorship plan designed specifically for you. When you first meet via Zoom, you’ll review this plan and make any desired changes.
Mentors will address your career goals, help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and assist you in overcoming any educational challenges. They’ll set weekly goals to keep you focused on your end goal, teach you time management skills, and make sure you’re on schedule for any application deadlines. Mentors will guide you through the entire application process, including interview prep, a resume review, and constant feedback about your progress.
Throughout the mentorship process, you can consult with your mentor about the application process, what it’s like to go through medical, PA, dental, or pharmacy school, and what it’s like to be a working professional in the field.
